How do I benefit from the maintenance service?

Munabbih Company provides device maintenance services through:

1. Visit the showroom: Contact service representatives directly to send the device to the maintenance center.

2. Service request: Through the digital showroom, the team will contact the customer to receive the device.

  • An alarm delivery team will contact the customer to pick up the device and place it in a securely locked box to maintain complete confidentiality.
  • It is then delivered to the maintenance center, which photographs it before repairing it, then works to fix the fault, then photographs the device after repair and delivers it to the customer within 3 hours, outside of peak hours.
