We guarantee the safety of our products and that they are free from any manufacturing defects, so we check the product and ensure its safety before sending it to you.

We also offer a two-year warranty on our original products through our authorized agents.

Warranty Policy:

If you encounter a problem with the product, and the product is still within the warranty period ( two years ) according to the invoice attached to the order:

We are pleased to serve you in receiving the product and full follow-up with the authorized agent

We receive the product in our showroom and display it to the authorized agent.

- After ensuring that the product is defective due to a manufacturing defect and not misuse, the product will be replaced with a new one or the product price will be returned to the customer according to the agent’s policy.

The customer bears the full value of the replacement or return policy, 30 riyals for each policy, if he wishes to ship it to the showroom through the shipping company.

The product can be brought directly to our showroom without paying any riyal fees.
